This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through Funsex.eu, operated by ASPIRE ZONE S.R.L.
We aim to provide reliable, discreet and transparent delivery services. Orders are generally fulfilled from logistics facilities located within the European Union and are shipped primarily through UPS or DHL.
The carrier and service used for a particular order may depend on the destination, parcel size, weight, product characteristics, service availability and operational requirements.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable European Union, Italian or national law.

The registered office is not automatically the address for product returns.
Authorised returns must follow our Returns, Withdrawal, Refunds and Legal Guarantee Policy.
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully authorised.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed at the relevant fulfilment location.
Processing may take longer where:
a product is temporarily awaiting stock confirmation;
payment or identity verification is required;
the delivery address is incomplete or unclear;
an order contains products stored at different locations;
the product is subject to transport or destination restrictions;
the order is placed during a holiday or high-volume period; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control affect fulfilment.
Processing times are estimates and are separate from carrier transit times.
Orders may enter automated fulfilment shortly after payment. Therefore, requests to amend or cancel an order cannot always be completed once preparation has begun.
Some products may be stored, packed and dispatched by third-party warehouses, wholesalers or dropshipping fulfilment partners acting on our behalf.
The sales contract remains between the customer and ASPIRE ZONE S.R.L., trading as Funsex.eu.
The use of a third-party fulfilment provider does not transfer our contractual responsibilities to that provider.
A parcel may show the name or address of a logistics or fulfilment partner where required for:
delivery;
carrier processing;
customs clearance;
regulatory compliance; or
return routing.
This does not mean that the logistics provider is the seller.
Orders are normally shipped through:
UPS; or
DHL.
Depending on the route and service availability, the specific service may include UPS Standard, UPS Express, DHL Express or another appropriate UPS or DHL service.
We may change the carrier or service where reasonably necessary due to:
service availability;
delivery-area coverage;
parcel dimensions or weight;
product transport requirements;
carrier disruption;
destination restrictions; or
operational efficiency.
Changing the carrier does not reduce the customer’s contractual or statutory rights.
Where tracking is available, the carrier and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
We ship only to destinations:
displayed as available at checkout;
supported by our current carriers and fulfilment providers;
where the products can lawfully be exported, transported, imported and delivered; and
where we can reasonably comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
The availability of a country or territory at checkout does not guarantee that every product can be shipped there.
Some products may be unavailable for certain destinations because of:
national or local import laws;
adult-product restrictions;
customs requirements;
carrier rules;
sanctions or trade restrictions;
dangerous-goods rules;
battery or liquid restrictions; or
other legal or operational limitations.
We may reject or cancel an order where shipment would be unlawful, unavailable or reasonably impracticable.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch for such a reason, the affected payment will be refunded without undue delay.
Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping threshold are calculated according to factors including:
delivery country;
parcel weight;
parcel dimensions;
product category;
carrier service;
destination postcode;
remote-area classification; and
current logistics costs.
The exact shipping charge applicable to an order will be displayed at checkout before payment.
The amount displayed and accepted at checkout prevails over older rates shown in advertising, archived pages or promotional material.

Where international delivery outside Europe is available, the following standard shipping bands may apply:

These bands apply only where confirmed at checkout.
A different charge may apply because of remote-area delivery, parcel size, product restrictions, customs requirements or carrier availability. Any charge collected by Funsex.eu will be shown before the order is placed.
Free-shipping promotions do not include customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or charges collected independently by authorities or carriers.
Estimated transit times may be displayed at checkout, in the order confirmation or in the tracking information.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order-processing time.
Transit times may vary according to:
destination;
carrier service;
weekend or holiday schedules;
customs clearance;
remote-area delivery;
local delivery conditions;
severe weather;
transport disruption; or
regulatory inspections.
Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery dates and transit times are estimates.
Where no specific delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.
For EU consumer sales, where no different delivery period has been agreed, delivery should generally occur without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
An order may be dispatched:
from more than one fulfilment location;
in two or more parcels;
through different UPS or DHL services; or
on different dates.
Where an order is split by us, the customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because multiple parcels are used.
Each parcel may have a separate tracking number.
The delivery of one parcel does not necessarily mean that the remaining items have been omitted.
Where tracking is available, the customer will receive a tracking number by email or through the customer account after dispatch.
Tracking information may take time to become active after the label is created.
A “label created” or similar status does not always mean that the carrier has already collected the parcel.
Customers should monitor tracking and promptly respond to reasonable carrier requests concerning:
access instructions;
delivery appointments;
customs information;
duties and taxes;
address clarification; or
collection from an authorised service point.
Carrier tracking is provided for convenience and may occasionally contain delayed or incomplete updates.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before placing the order.
This includes, where applicable:
recipient name;
street and building number;
apartment, unit or floor;
postcode;
city;
country;
telephone number; and
access or delivery instructions.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
If an address change is requested, the customer may be responsible for actual additional carrier charges where the change is possible and the error is attributable to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading address information supplied by the customer.
This does not affect the customer’s rights where the delivery error is attributable to Funsex.eu, the fulfilment provider or the carrier.
UPS or DHL may:
make one or more delivery attempts;
deliver to an authorised service point;
request collection from a carrier location;
obtain a signature;
use an access code;
contact the recipient; or
apply another delivery method permitted by the selected service and local rules.
The customer is responsible for collecting a parcel within the period stated by the carrier.
Where the customer independently instructs the carrier to:
leave the parcel in a safe place;
deliver to a neighbour;
redirect the parcel;
waive a signature; or
deliver to another location,
the consequences of that instruction will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in this Section permits us to exclude responsibility where risk has not legally passed to the customer.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage remains with Funsex.eu until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by Funsex.eu, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by applicable law.
A tracking status marked “delivered” may be used as evidence during an investigation, but it does not automatically prevent the customer from showing that the parcel was not actually received.
Orders are normally shipped in plain and discreet outer packaging that does not describe the contents.
Product names are not normally displayed on the outside of the parcel except where disclosure is legally or operationally required.
However, the parcel may contain:
a carrier shipping label;
a sender or fulfilment address;
legally required transport information;
customs documentation;
safety labels; or
other information required by UPS, DHL, customs authorities or applicable law.
For international deliveries, we must provide truthful and legally compliant customs descriptions. We cannot misdeclare the nature, value or classification of goods.
No shipping method can guarantee that a parcel will be entirely anonymous to carriers, customs authorities or persons who have lawful access to the delivery address.
Orders delivered outside the European Union customs territory may be subject to:
customs duties;
import VAT or sales tax;
customs-clearance charges;
carrier brokerage fees;
storage charges; or
other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Funsex.eu.
The recipient is responsible for paying charges legally imposed on importation.
Customs authorities or carriers may request:
identification;
tax information;
proof of purchase;
product information;
payment of duties or taxes; or
other documentation.
Failure to provide required information or pay applicable charges may result in delay, return, seizure or lawful disposal of the parcel.
Orders moving within the EU customs territory are generally not subject to customs duties merely because they cross an internal EU border, although special territories and product-specific rules may differ.
If a customer refuses or fails to pay applicable import charges or complete customs clearance, the parcel may be:
returned to the sender or fulfilment location;
held by customs or the carrier;
stored at the customer’s cost;
seized by the authorities; or
lawfully disposed of where return is not possible.
A refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically entitle the seller to retain the entire order value without review.
Once the parcel’s status and recoverability have been confirmed, we will assess any refund in accordance with applicable law.
Where permitted, we may deduct actual and documented costs caused by the customer’s failure to complete importation, including:
return transportation;
customs processing;
brokerage;
storage;
carrier penalties; or
lawful disposal costs.
No arbitrary administrative fee will be charged.
No refund can be issued for goods lawfully seized, destroyed or rendered unrecoverable where the loss results from a destination restriction or the customer’s failure to comply with lawful import requirements, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or the cause is attributable to us.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the products ordered may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination country.
However, Funsex.eu will not knowingly ship a product where we are aware that the transaction or delivery would be unlawful.
Country restrictions may change without notice because of:
legislation;
customs practice;
carrier policy;
sanctions;
public-safety measures;
political events; or
transport availability.
For this reason, a static list of blocked countries is not exhaustive.
The availability shown at checkout and the result of our fulfilment review determine whether an order can currently be shipped.
We may cancel an order after placement if a legal, carrier or customs restriction is identified. Where cancellation occurs before dispatch, the affected payment will be refunded.
Some products may require special treatment or may not be available for air or international transport, including products containing:
lithium batteries;
aerosols;
flammable liquids;
perfumes;
pressurised containers;
certain chemicals;
large batteries; or
other regulated substances.
A product available for delivery in one country may not be available in another.
We may:
use a different carrier service;
ship the product separately;
limit the available destination;
request additional information; or
cancel and refund the affected item
where necessary to comply with carrier or legal requirements.
If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@funsex.eu.
We may ask the customer to:
verify the address;
check with household members or reception;
inspect the delivery location;
check any UPS or DHL service-point notice; or
provide a signed non-receipt declaration where reasonably required.
We will investigate with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.
Carrier investigations may require a reasonable amount of time, but an internal carrier investigation does not remove or indefinitely suspend the customer’s statutory remedies.
Where delivery has not occurred within an agreed or legally required period, the customer may have the right to:
require delivery within an appropriate additional period; and
cancel the contract if delivery still does not occur,
subject to applicable law.
Where delivery by a particular date was essential and this was agreed before purchase, an additional period may not be required where applicable law so provides.
A parcel will not be treated as permanently lost solely because tracking is temporarily delayed.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost, or where delivery cannot be demonstrated after a reasonable investigation, Funsex.eu will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include:
reshipment at no additional cost; or
a refund of the affected amount.
The appropriate remedy may depend on:
product availability;
the customer’s preference where legally relevant;
the investigation outcome; and
applicable consumer law.
A replacement or refund is not merely discretionary where Funsex.eu remains legally responsible for non-delivery.
Customers should report suspected non-delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
Any requested reporting period is intended to facilitate carrier investigation and does not remove mandatory consumer rights merely because the customer did not report the issue within 30 days of dispatch.
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact us promptly.
We may review:
the delivery scan;
signature or access-code records;
proof-of-delivery photographs;
GPS or delivery-location data where available;
the stated recipient;
carrier notes; and
information supplied by the customer.
The customer may be asked to provide a written declaration of non-receipt for the carrier investigation.
We will not automatically reject a claim solely because tracking states “delivered”.
Likewise, a refund or replacement will not automatically be issued where reliable evidence shows that the parcel was received by the customer or an authorised recipient.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, the customer should:
photograph the external packaging before opening it;
photograph the shipping label;
retain all internal and external packaging;
inspect the contents carefully; and
contact info@funsex.eu as soon as reasonably possible.
For visible transport damage, we recommend reporting the issue within 24 hours of delivery so that we can promptly preserve evidence and submit a carrier claim.
This 24-hour recommendation does not remove mandatory legal rights.
A damaged outer carton does not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged. Claims will be assessed according to the condition of both the packaging and the contents.

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a valid notice of withdrawal.
Customers wishing to withdraw should also notify Funsex.eu through their account or by email.
Where a parcel is returned because:
the address was incorrect or incomplete;
the recipient was repeatedly unavailable;
the parcel was not collected;
delivery was refused without a valid reason;
requested customs information was not provided; or
delivery failed for another reason attributable to the customer,
we may deduct actual and documented additional costs for:
return shipping;
storage;
address correction;
customs processing; or
redelivery,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No arbitrary penalty will be imposed.
If a parcel is returned for a reason attributable to the customer, we may offer redelivery subject to:
confirmation of a correct address;
availability of the products;
payment of the actual new delivery cost; and
resolution of any customs or carrier restriction.
We are not required to provide free redelivery where the original delivery failed because of incorrect customer information, refusal or failure to collect.
Where the original failure is attributable to Funsex.eu, our fulfilment provider or the carrier, any required redelivery will be arranged without additional cost to the customer.
Delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including:
severe weather;
natural disasters;
war or civil disturbance;
government action;
border closures;
customs disruption;
widespread transport interruption;
major industrial action;
epidemic-related restrictions;
telecommunications failure; or
interruption of essential logistics infrastructure.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of such events and provide relevant information where available.
This Section does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or allow us to retain payment indefinitely where delivery cannot be completed.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy should be read together with our:
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use;
Returns, Withdrawal, Refunds and Legal Guarantee Policy;
Privacy Policy; and
Cookie Policy.
Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory legal provision prevails.
We may update this Policy for future orders because of:
changes in carrier services;
shipping-rate changes;
legal or customs developments;
destination restrictions;
operational changes; or
changes to our fulfilment network.
The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
An order remains governed by the shipping terms and charges accepted when the order was placed, unless:
a later change is required by law;
the customer expressly agrees to the change; or
the change benefits the customer without reducing existing rights.
