• cases requiring information from a fulfilment, logistics or manufacturing partner.

• any relevant photographs, videos or supporting documents.

Please do not send complete payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

3. Order and Delivery Enquiries

4. Returns, Refunds and Product Claims

Before returning any product, customers must first submit a return request by:

• using the return function available through their Funsex.eu account, where available; or

• emailing info@funsex.eu.

We will provide:

• a return reference or RMA number;

• return instructions;

• packaging requirements; and

• the appropriate return address.

Products must not be sent to this address without first submitting a return request and receiving return instructions.

Customers must not return products directly to:

• the manufacturer;

• the supplier;

• the original sender address shown on the parcel;

• a foreign fulfilment warehouse;

• UPS or DHL without an authorised return label; or

• another address not confirmed by Funsex.eu.

Unsolicited or unidentified returns may be delayed.

5. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

For a damaged, incorrect, incomplete or potentially defective product, contact:

Please provide:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem;

• photographs or video of the product;

• photographs of the packaging;

• a photograph of the shipping label; and

• the product serial number or security code, where available.

For visible transport damage, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of delivery so that evidence can be preserved and a carrier investigation can begin promptly.

This recommended reporting period does not remove or limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Do not discard the product, external packaging, internal packaging or shipping label until we provide instructions.

6. Withdrawal Requests

Consumers wishing to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal may contact us at:

A withdrawal request should clearly state the decision to withdraw and include:

• the customer’s name;

• the order number;

• the affected product or products; and

• the date of delivery.

Use of a specific form is optional. A clear and unequivocal written statement is sufficient where permitted by applicable law.

Product returns must follow the process described in Section 4.
